What should my child bring to camp?

Players should bring soccer ball, cleats, shin guards, water bottle, snack and sun block. Lunch will be provided by Oaks Café.

Are there any group discounts?

Yes, a team or group will receive a discount of $25.00 for each player. There must be at least 8 players in the group and all applications will need to be received at the same time.

Can I pay by credit card?

You can only pay by credit card when you register online.

What if I have to cancel my registration?

If you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a refund minus the $50.00 non-refundable deposit to cover administrative fees. However, no refunds or tuition credits will be issued if you cancel within seven days of the camp start date, or if you fail to appear at the camp. Anyone leaving the camp due to injury or illness will receive prorated tuition credits.

How are players grouped at camp?

Players are grouped based on both age and ability levels. Group allocation is reviewed at the end of each camp day and players may be moved accordingly to ensure they are in the correct environment and constantly being challenged.

Is water provided?

Yes, water jugs will be available. Campers should bring a water bottle clearly marked with their name so they can re-fill it throughout the camp day.

What happens during the camp?

Campers are divided into teams by age group. They will have the same coaches and will train and play together throughout the week.

Are the players supervised at all times?

Absolutely, camper health and safety is our number one priority. We follow a strict safety policy, which ensures that there is always adequate camper supervision at all times. We also require that every camper is always signed in and signed out of camp by an approved adult.

What happens incase of injury or illness?

A staff member or camp trainer will be on-site to manage all first aid related issues. For injuries that appear serious, parents will be contacted and if necessary the local emergency services.

Do I need to check in on the first day of camp?

Yes, on the first day you should arrive 30 minutes prior to the camp start time in order to check in. At check in we will confirm that you are registered and distribute any necessary equipment.  After the first day, campers should arrive 15 minutes prior to the camp start time so that they are ready to start the session on time.

Is there a set check in and check out location and procedure?

Once you reach the entrance to the facility where the camp is taking place, please make your way to the main field area where you will see Oaks Soccer Camp coaches. On the first day, there will be a table where you will check in. After the first day, campers will go straight to their individual groups. It is important that you make sure your child has joined their group before you leave.

At the end of the day, you must park and come to the pick up point (the quad next to the pool) to collect your child, and sign him/her out. We do not allow parents to remain in their cars and have campers walk to them.

Can I drop my child off early? What if I can’t pick up my child right at 2pm?

We cannot provide childcare before or after camp. Please do not leave your child prior to 8:45am, and please pick them up promptly after camp at 2:00 pm.

What do I do if I need to pick up my child early?

Please notify the camp director or your child’s coaches at morning drop-off and provide them with a written note so that your child will be ready when you arrive. You must personally go to your child’s team to collect them, and sign out.

What if I need someone other than myself to pick my child up?

Please provide a signed note with the full name of the person you authorize to pick up your child. This should be given to your child’s coaches on the morning of the pick-up. Those individuals will need to bring identification with them each day they come to camp. Please be aware that our staff will not allow any child to be picked up by someone that the child does not recognize.
